Well, not this time. Wrights Mesquite Liquid Smoke is a concentrate made from the real smoke of mesquite wood - as the wood burns, the smoke is condensed and cooled until water forms. This water is filtered several times, and then bottled - and we have our liquid smoke. Use to impart a smoky flavour to marinades, sauces, soups and stews.
