Refund policy

The Hunter’s Pantry is passionate and determined to provide products that are high quality, fit for purpose and represent good value.  We know you will love your purchase, but if something is not quite right – please let us know.

The Hunter’s Pantry will only accept returns for the following scenarios:

  • Goods that are damaged or faulty PRIOR to their delivery
  • Goods that vary from their description on this website
  • Goods supplied incorrectly

We pick your order individually and inspect all the stock prior to being dispatched, we take pride in our stock, and the care in which we look after it.  However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us directly to arrange return delivery and a replacement or refund.

Returns Process:

Note: Please do not return any goods before making contact with us at admin@thehunterspantry.au.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Costs associated for shipping due to change of mind or ordering mistakes are not covered by our refund policy.  All products returned must be in the original condition and returned within 10 days of receipt. You will need to enclose a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and we will replace or refund you purchase using the original payment method.

Please indicate a reason for your return on the packing slip that was with the products on delivery.  All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging to:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
