At The Hunter's Pantry, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your goodies to you.
📦 Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. During busy periods (hello, Christmas!), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

🏋️ Cast Iron Items
Cast iron cookware is heavy and requires special handling to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A flat shipping rate of $30.00 AUD applies to all cast iron items.
If your order contains a mix of cast iron and other products, cast iron shipping rates will apply to the whole order. We take extra care in packaging these items so they arrive ready to cook with.

Prefer to collect in person? We'd love to see you! Local pickup is available free of charge from our Newcastle store:

Pickup hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Once your order is ready, we'll send you a notification to let you know it's good to go. Please wait for this confirmation before heading in.
🌏 International Shipping
We're not currently offering international shipping, but we hope to in the future. Stay tuned — and if you're overseas and keen on our products, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.
📍 Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to all states and territories within Australia.
- Please note: Deliveries to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), and Tasmania (TAS) may take longer than standard estimated times due to distance. A long-distance freight rate of $25.00 AUD applies to these regions.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for cast iron items due to their size and weight.
Some items in our collection are available for in-store collection only. These include our Ravi Frozen Fruits and Tart Shell collection. Please refer to the individual product pages for full details.
