Well, not this time. Wrights Hickory Liquid Smoke is a concentrate made from the real smoke of hickory wood - as the wood burns, the smoke is condensed and cooled until water forms. This water is filtered several times, and then bottled - and we have our liquid smoke. Use to impart a smokey flavour to marinades, sauces, soups and stews.
