This isn't like your regular sweet plum jam. Davidson Rainforest Plums are native to Australia, and have a strong, tart flavour followed by some sweetness and hints of rhubarb. This jam will certainly wake you up in the morning - perhaps best served on warm sourdough crumpets or swirled through some good natural yogurt.
