This small-batch honey is deep in colour, with a smooth, buttery consistency and a delightfully sweet flavour. For every five drums of regular native honey, only one drum of Kunzea honey is produced, making it incredibly rare and definitely something to be savoured. The small batch range reflects the irregular flowering of certain local flora species which are harvested on a small scale, and cold extracted to maximise health benefits and intensify flavours.
