Description
NOTE: While we don't often carry multiples of the 3kg bag, we're more than happy to order these on request!
Valrhona refer to their Couverture chocolate as "Fèves". Fèves is French for "Bean" and refers to the shape of the 'chocolate drop'.
This white chocolate was originally created for a customer requiring an immaculate white colour. This is really quite a difficult thing to achieve without the chocolate becoming overly sweet, seeing as cocoa beans in their natural state are about as far from white as could be. This couverture chocolate yet another testament to the skills of the chocolatiers at Valrhona, as the smooth milky flavour with hints of vanilla merely whispers sweetness to the palate.
