Durum wheat semolina pasta flavoured with red chilli, similar to Spaghetti but with a larger diameter. Fantastic with Arrabbiata or Amatriciana sauces for lovers of intense flavours, or can be delicately seasoned with an Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and garnished with garlicky prawns and a squeeze of lemon.
