With 90% fruit and 10% natural sugar, the frozen Ravifruit White Peach Puree is perfect for making ice cream, ganache, curd, mousse, or cocktails. These white peaches are from the gorgeous Rhone Valley in France; the nectareous juice of these peaches are on display in this puree, with flecks of white peach skin to fully encompass the flavour of peach in every spoonful.
