Pashmak is a type of Iranian fairy floss made from fine strands of spun sugar. Pashmak is served on its own or as an accompaniment to fruits, cakes, ice creams, puddings, cocktails and desserts. 

Pashmak has a very subtle pistachio flavour, and when teased it creates a stunning green cloud which looks delightful decorating all manner of culinary creations.
