Contains 6.25% sodium nitrite with natural red fermented rice colour -- no synthetic additives or anti-caking agents, just pure product. Ideal for sausages and fresh meats requiring further cooking. The natural pink colour prevents confusion with table salt and helps blend seamlessly with meat during curing.

WARNING: Contains nitrite. Do not substitute for cooking or table salt, especially around young children. Not suitable for cold smoking or air-cured meats.
