Sourced from the Eyre Penninsula, Olsson's sea salt flakes are blended with an aromatic mix of juniper berry, thyme leaves, onion powder, and rosemary to create their Wild Things blend.

This rub makes for an excellent marinade, or alternatively, use it for stuffing meats and vegetables and as a general seasoning with an aromatic base. Olsson's eco-friendly packaging ensures that style is not sacrificed in the name of sustainability, with these cannisters reducing the need for excess plastic packaging.

About Olsson's:

Established in the 1950s, Olsson's is the oldest family owned and operated sea salt producer in Australia. In order to make the sea salt, Olsson's uses solar evaporation, harnessing energy from the sun to evaporate large sea salt ponds, leaving crystallised sea salt on the floor of the pond. It is then collected, washed in sea water, and packaged.
