Originating from the waters of Australia's Great Barrier Reef and the Great Australian Bight, Olsson's Macrobiotic Sea Salt contains high amounts of trace elements and natural minerals. 

About Olsson's:

Established in the 1950s, Olsson's is the oldest family owned and operated sea salt producer in Australia. In order to make the sea salt, Olsson's uses solar evaporation, harnessing energy from the sun to evaporate large sea salt ponds, leaving crystallised sea salt on the floor of the pond. It is then collected, washed in sea water, and packaged.
