Description
Standing at 100mm tall (compared to its big sibling, the 103 Pepper Mill at 205mm), this pint sized pepper mill still packs a punch!
These stunning handcrafted mills have been produced by a small family owned company in Thessaloniki in Northern Greece since the late 1970's. Derived from the design of a portable coffee mill given to Greek soldiers in the early 1900's, the grinding mechanism allows the user to change the coarseness of the grind, maximising the aroma and fragrance of the pepper.
As these mills are plated with brass, oxidisation over time will occur. While the result is unpredictable due to variations in air moisture, the mill will develop an attractive patina over time. The mills require some regular care, but with something this beautiful, you'll want to look after it!
