Joseph First Run 2024 uses fruit picked at the beginning of the olive harvest. The fruit was picked, blended and bottled in early July. Primo Estate pick the finest parcels from different groves and varieties to produce the best extra virgin olive oil of the season.

The flavour of the 2024 season has notes of green banana with cut grass aroma and finishes with a lovely lingering pepper.  

This is one to enjoy while it is fresh.  Think finishing a pasta, drizzling over beetroot and earthy vegetables.  Delightful.
