This sweet mild paprika, is an essential addition to paella, patatas bravas, and other classic Spanish dishes. The chillies used in making sweet paprika are much milder than those used for hot paprika. Unlike smoked paprika, sweet paprika has been air, sun or machine dried, rather than smoke-dried.
