We think that peppercorn sauce was already pretty close to perfect until we tried this - the addition of barrel aged brandy and shallots elevate this sauce into far more than the sum of its parts. Green french peppercorns lie in wait in a rich, luscious brandy and cream sauce - the perfect accompaniment to a nice steak or chicken breast.
