Belazu Preserved Lemons are small, fine-skinned Beldi lemons that bring a beautiful fragrance to a wide variety of dishes. The lemons are hand sorted and graded for size and quality then hand packed to ensure that the fruit does not get bruised and retails its aroma. 

These lemons are in a simple brine so the lemon flavour and aroma shine through. Add chopped lemon to dressings and marinades.  Place slices under the skin of a roast chicken or in stuffing.  Finish a chicken and olive tagine with fine slices.
