This Spanish-style vinegar has been crafted from premuim selected Merlot grapes grown in Australia's cool climate south-eastern vineyards. It has notes of red berries, with hints of toast and mulled pears. The vinegar was designed to be a natural companion to any of ALTO's Extra Virgin Olive Oils, and can be used in dressings, sauces, marinades, deglazing and reducing for desserts.
