There's nothing more "Australian landscape" than a forest feature of Eucalyptus trees. 

Eucalyptus honey is made from a dark nectar with deep earthy notes and complexity.  A little malty, bittersweet with woody tannin notes - this honey is on the strong flavour end of the honey spectrum.

It is wonderful in both sweet and savoury dishes.  Try it in marinades and stir fry, in hot drinks for medicinal purposes (colds and sore throats) or in baking where a stronger flavour is preferred.
