Our first SNP dried pasta: Pipette. 

“Pipette” means little pipes - short, rounded, ridged, and made to hold onto sauce in all the right places. SNP uses Australian durum wheat semolina from the NSW Golden Triangle, made specifically for Saturday Night Pasta.

It’s bronze-extruded and slowly air-dried over 48 hours at low temperature — better texture, better flavour, easier on the gut. Made in Adelaide by pasta makers who’ve been doing it properly since 1980.

Ingredients: Australian durum wheat semolina, water.
Shelf life: 2 years.
