Giardiniera is an Italian condiment made of pickled and preserved vegetables that makes our mouths water at the very thought. This condiment combined with another of our favourites, a chilli crisp (think crispy chilli oil flavoured with garlic and other aromatics) couldn't be more of a match made in heaven. Seasonal pickled vege (such as cauliflower, carrot and radish, amongst others) mixed with a spicy chilli crisp with crunchy peanuts? Pile this onto sandwiches, burgers, or tacos, into salads, on top of eggs - or just eat it from the jar. It's that good.
