NOTE: While we don't often carry multiples of the 3kg bags, we're more than happy to order these on request!

Valrhona refer to their Couverture chocolate as "Fèves". Fèves is French for "Bean" and refers to the shape of the 'chocolate drop'.

This chocolate is like no other. By using exclusive drying and fermenting methods in conjunction with the Dominican producers of the cocoa beans, Valrhona have created a chocolate that represents its terroir to the nth degree. Notes of the tangy yellow fruit found in the Dominican Republic's early morning markets pepper this chocolate, ensuring it makes an impact on the palate.
