Valrhona refer to their Couverture chocolates as "Fèves". Fèves is French for "Bean" and refers to the shape of the 'chocolate drop'.  

With an incredibly high cocoa content for a milk chocolate, this couverture milk chocolate was inspired by the flavours of Dominican cuisine. The rich sweetness of the milk balances out the bitter Dominican cocoa, and the name, Bahibé, is an homage to the Bayahibe Rose - the national flower of the Dominican Republic.
