Valrhona refer to their Couverture chocolates as "Fèves". Fèves is French for "Bean" and refers to the shape of the 'chocolate drop'.  

The Azelia 35% blend is a nod to Gianduja, a delicious chocolate and hazelnut paste blend. This version has just enough velvety hazelnut to offer a distinct, warming flavour, but the decedent milk chocolate remains at a high enough content for this to remain 'Couverture' chocolate. Dig in.
