Incorporating an intense 70.5% cocoa solids, this dark chocolate is dominated by notes of roasted cocoa and powerful bitters. Use this standard fluidity chocolate in a variety of applications - moulding, piping decorations, in ganashes and mousses, among many others. Pair the intense flavours of this chocolate with salt, cumin, Sichuan pepper, lime, or balsamic vinegar.

Originally established as a brewery in Belgium, Callebaut began producing chocolate in 1911 and soon after switched entirely to chocolate production. What originally began as a small family business has since become an international powerhouse in chocolate production, with a commitment to sustainability which is manifested through the reinvestment of a portion of profits in sustainable cocoa farming and community programs throughout West African cocoa-growing communities.
