Edmond Fallot's Dijon Mustard with Green Peppercorns is the result of a small artisan Moutarderie that has been perfecting their craft for 180 years. Located in the town of Beaunne, in the world class wine making region of Burgundy, specially selected brown mustard seeds are ground with highly quality verjuice, made from grapes grown in the region. Sharp green pepper corns have been added to the dijon, resulting in a punchy, bright and piquant dijon, perfect for serving along side a perfectly cooked steak, or mixed into a vibrant salad dressing.

About La Maison Fallot:
La Maison Fallot has been a family-owned production since the 1840's, constantly perfecting their craft. The Fallot company was recently accredited for the IFS, or the International Food Standard certification, proving that it's possible to take inspiration from the past while looking towards the future.
