Wellington Apiary's Manuka honey finds its origins in the World Heritage reserve in the Western half of Tasmania. Located many kilometres away from civilisation, this area is home to some of the oldest living forests on earth, where the bees are able to produce raw, unheated, organic honey. This honey is deep in colour, with a thick texture and a distinctive burnt caramel flavour.
