Pashmak is a type of Iranian fairy floss made from fine strands of spun sugar. Pashmak is served on its own or as an accompaniment to fruits, cakes, ice creams, puddings, cocktails and desserts. 

Pashmak has a very subtle strawberry flavour, and with its' beautiful pink hue it looks delightful decorating all manner of culinary creations.
