Layu is a Japanese style chilli oil, made by infusing Japanese chillies with a neutral oil. In this case, toasted sesame oil has been blended with the Layu to bring an extra layer of complexity. Drizzle over soups, dumplings, noodles, eggs or anything that wants for an extra kick.
