This wonderful Australian made vinegar is crafted in Autumn from Victorian pears and is a sensational alternative to apple cider vinegar. The vinegar is made using a malolactic fermentation and as a result it is a living vinegar, raw and unfiltered product - you may even see the vinegar mother!
This vinegar is fabulous in dressings and marinades - but sensational used to deglaze a pan. Try it in a classic rocket, pinenut and pear salad or with gorgonzola and figs.
Store in a cool dark place.
