As part of an iconic collaboration with Four Pillars, this salt combines Olsson's Australian sea salt with the spent botanicals from the Four Pillars gin-making process.

Use this salt as a seasoning for pork or chicken, or alternatively, use it for stuffing meats and vegetables and as a general seasoning with an aromatic base. Olsson's eco-friendly packaging ensures that style is not sacrificed in the name of sustainability, with these cannisters reducing the need for excess plastic packaging.

About Olsson's:

Established in the 1950s, Olsson's is the oldest family owned and operated sea salt producer in Australia. In order to make the sea salt, Olsson's uses solar evaporation, harnessing energy from the sun to evaporate large sea salt ponds, leaving crystallised sea salt on the floor of the pond. It is then collected, washed in sea water, and packaged.
