These 6.5cm x 6cm Dariole Moulds are perfect for serving or preparing individual portion sized dishes. They're heat resistant to 120°C, and can be chilled down to -20°C. This means they're not really oven safe, but they can be kept in a bain-marie and also cleaned in a dishwasher.
