Since then, La Rose Noire has opened a state of the art factory in the Philippines that has the capacity to meet orders from 52 countries over 5 continents.
These 7.5cm diameter vegan and gluten free tart shells are made from buckwheat flour, rice flour, cassava flour and soy milk. The buckwheat flour and ground sesame gives a deep nutty flavour while the rice and cassava flour give the tart shells their delicate structure.
