The Kasumi Diamond Sharpener makes sharpening knives a breeze. Simply open the cover, pour water on the wheels and move your blade back and forth in the guidance slot. Ceramic blades should use the diamond wheel, and metal blades should use the pink whetstone wheel first before polishing off with the diamond blade. This sharpener was designed with thinner Japanese knives that require sharpening on both sides of the blade: it's not suitable for Sashimi knives, or European knives with thicker blades.
