Edmond Fallot's Horseradish is the result of a small artisan Moutarderie that has been perfecting their craft for 180 years. Located in the town of Beaunne, in the world class wine making region of Burgundy, specially selected brown mustard seeds are ground with highly quality verjuice, made from grapes grown in the region. Horseradish has been added to this high quality dijon mustard, resulting in a punchy mustard that pairs excellently well with roast beef as it does with potatoes, or perhaps blended with oil in a classic vinaigrette.
