The folks down at Sticky Balsamic are certainly onto something. These balsamic vinegar pearls (essentially, caviar of the grape) have a thin membrane with a pop of Sticky Balsamic's Original in the centre. They hold their shape at room temperature and are fantastic on a cheese or charcuterie platters, pizza (after removing from the oven), paired with roasted, grilled or bbq'd meats - the list goes on.
