This natural sea salt is made from at least 99% Australian ingredients, with no preservatives. As Olsson's salt originates from sea water (as opposed to regular sodium chloride) this sea salt contains trace minerals and sodium.

About Olsson's:

Established in the 1950s, Olsson's is the oldest family owned and operated sea salt producer in Australia. In order to make the sea salt, Olsson's uses solar evaporation, harnessing energy from the sun to evaporate large sea salt ponds, leaving crystallised sea salt on the floor of the pond. It is then collected, washed in sea water, and packaged.
