Originating from the waters of the Great Australian Bight, Olsson's Iodised table salt is a natural sea salt, with the addition of potassium iodide, made to food service standards.

About Olsson's:

Established in the 1950s, Olsson's is the oldest family owned and operated sea salt producer in Australia. In order to make the sea salt, Olsson's uses solar evaporation, harnessing energy from the sun to evaporate large sea salt ponds, leaving crystallised sea salt on the floor of the pond. It is then collected, washed in sea water, and packaged.
