Description

Fregola Sarda is one of the oldest Sardinian pasta shapes. Traditionally formed by wetting semolina with water, contained in a terracotta container, and formed into irregular pearls, this durum wheat pasta is toasted to produce a nutty flavour and complements soups, salads and sauced dishes. This pasta is egg free, and therefore is vegan friendly.
