Grown in the peanut capital of Australia (Kingaroy, QLD) this peanut oil is made with high quality peanuts rich in monounsautrated fat (i.e. good or health fat) and Omega-9. Peanut oil has a high smoke point which makes it an excellent frying oil and while it does have a slightly nutty flavour, it is considered a well rounded neutral oil.
