Stand aside boring garnishes - Ume sesame seeds have come to flavour town.  A very slight sour taste with a lingering apricot flavour - these seeds have been roasted so are fabulously crunchy.  

Use as a garnish on sashimi or as a texture contrast through salads and noodle dishes.  They are wonderful mixed through white and black sesame seeds for a visual feast.
