The Ograte is a two sided speed grater that works in a back and forwards motion on top, and a circular motion on the underside. What is speed grating and why does that sound like a dangerous sport? The circular design of the underside means that there is no moment when the ingredient isn't in contact with blades, and the continuous motion results in faster prep. On the top side, the blades grate in both a forwards and backwards motion. A non slip foot helps to stabilise; it also acts as a bench scraper and can hook onto a bowl. Sometimes, it's the little things! 

The Ograte is available in Course (6mm) and Medium (3mm).
