'XD' is Swiss Diamond's latest non-stick surface, incorporating years of research and development in perfecting a durable non-stick surface containing 20% more diamond than the 'HD' range. The diamond reinforced surface and cast aluminium body results in a pan with fantastic release properties and even heat retention, meaning you can cook with little to no oil or butter if you so choose.
These pans are suitible for use on induction surfaces, as well as more traditional gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. The pan is oven safe up to 260°C, meaning you can transfer straight from the cooking surface into the oven. With a 4cm height, these pans are adaptable to most cooking applications - and to clean, just wipe with hot soapy water.
