The Solidteknics Quenched range of cookware have been precisely sandblasted, heated to temperature and then quickly drenched in chilled rice bran oil for a natural intert seasoning that improves over time. Acidic foods and detergents can still penetrate through the surface, but these seasoning can be easily touched up - remember, they're workhorses, not ornaments!
