The Bormioli Rocco Fido Jar series add a touch of old world elegance to your cupboard; the airtight seal is maintained by a swing lid that is locked into place with a wire fastener. These jars are idea for storing or displaying dry goods, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, pickles, jams, and oils. We would recommend using other jars for lacto-fermentation as these jars do not have a fermentation valve for burping.
