Tiptree Fruit Mince is perfect for traditional 'Christmas Mince Pies' simply add it to pastry cases or precooked shortcrust pastry tarts for a delicious treat.  It is also fabulous as a stuffing for baked apples, or mixed through a cake. The mincemeat contains a heady mix of vine fruits, raisings, sultanas, apple, citrus peel, brandy and spices.  All the good stuff. 

The producers have been farming at Tiptree, Essex since 1757 and have been making preserves, spread, sauces and condiments under the brand 'Wilkin'.
