Ponzu is a delicious and classic Japanese citrus-based sauce, often used as a dressing or dipping sauce. Developed with the help from students at the Mie Prefectural Ohka High School Culinary Club, this ponzu takes high quality soy, yuzu juice and black garlic to create a refreshing and delicious condiment that is far more than the sum of it's parts. This particular Ponzu is incredible with freshly shucked oysters.
