NOTE: While we don't often carry multiples of the 3kg bag, we're more than happy to order these on request!

Valrhona refer to their Couverture chocolate as "Fèves". Fèves is French for "Bean" and refers to the shape of the 'chocolate drop'.

Demonstrating the unique flavours of Madagascan cocoa beans, Manjari is the product of a long standing relationship between Valrhona and the Milliot plantation in northern Madagascar. This is deemed as one of Valrhona's classic cocoas, being produced in the 1990s, and has a sharp, acidic aroma of red fruits with notes of tangy berries. The name 'Manjari' itself translates to"good" in Madagascan and "bouquet" in an Indian Hindustani dialect, detailing the pleasant fruity aroma that this chocolate effuses.
