NOTE: While we don't often carry multiples of the 3kg bag, we're more than happy to order these on request!

Valrhona refer to their Couverture chocolates as "Fèves". Fèves is French for "Bean" and refers to the shape of the 'chocolate drop'.

With notes of sweet spices, dried and roasted fruits and an oaky finish, this all-rounder couverture chocolate has a mellow and well balanced flavour. The name refers to the subtle blend of aromatic cocoa varieties from the Dominican Republic, Ecquador, Jamaica and Togo (i.e. countries from Caraïbes, or the Caribbean). Expect intense bitter notes, woody highlights and elements of nuttiness.
